Lame 2 week old turkey poult with swollen throat

(Reposted here as i posted this in turkey thread before seeing this section sorry) Hello! My 2 week old bronze turkey poult Beans has started kind of gagging and choking last night? He kept sticking his throat out with his mouth open and gurgling so I wasn’t sure if he was choking or something. I gave him water after massaging his crop a little but the problem persisted. He stands up very straight but hunched over and mostly just stands/sits looking miserable. His chirps sound kinda squeaky compared to my other 2 poults. His crop is empty today so i dont think he’s eaten, and i think he’s stop pooping. Any help?

Are his wings drooping down, and is he sitting all spread out?

It sounds like there could be a leaking or ruptured air sac in his neck from a bump or trauma. Do you have pictures? @R2elk is good with turkey questions.

If he is sitting all droopy or spread out, he probably has coccidiosis.

He is stood upright hunched over with his wings down a bit. I haven’t seen him sitting often.

No. He has been getting better, hes started to drink on his own and he will only eat crumb off of the floor. His throat just under his chin still oddly sticks out but he doesn’t stand hunched over anymore and will sit with the others again.
