Thank you for the help I really wanted to keep this duck he is really nice and pretty but I guess he wo t be good to breed with this problem?

I'm not sure they have always looked like this. I touched them and they are normal temp so I dont think there swollen. Is there any other way I can tell if they are swollen for sure.

Do you keep him with chickens or turkeys? If so have you had any incidents of Mareks?

They are in a separate pin but I also have turkeys and chickens. I havent had an incident. I have even taken one of the birds to get tested through the county and no mareks. I have never had a bird with a tumor or that been lame until now.

Okay. Totally not trying to scare you or make you think that he does have Mareks, I am just listing the possibilities. So sometimes you may have it in your flock but not know. Ducks can get it from chickens. He has the same if not similar symptoms to the nerve part of it. Then again it may be something totally different.
