Lash eggs are the result of inflammation of the oviduct called salpingitis. It may be caused by a number of bacteria such as E.coli, mycoplasma gallisepticum, and others. Antibiotics such as Aqua Mox amoxicillin bought online or enrofloxacin may or may not help, but it could extend the life of the chicken. Many hens do not show any symptoms, and not until a necropsy is done. Some thought have symptoms. Here is some reading about the disease:

Yes looks like lash material but if you want to be sure, cut it in half - you should see thin layers of cheesy material inside.

You can still buy antibiotics online I think though they're not labeled for use on poultry. Antibiotics will only treat a bacterial infection, not a viral one (and there's no way to know which you have) and they have a withdrawal time. I use enrofloxacin since that's what I have on hand, it's a 3 week withdrawal time on that - https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/lash-egg.1441042/

Cut it in half and post another picture please

Also...what exactly do you feed your flock each day?
Feed and types of treats.
