Leg Turned Out From Hip

I still don't know what happened to my turkey poult! Some one mentioned she got it caught and it pulled out, but is there any cure or can we help it? She walks almost as if she's doing the splits. She doesn't seem in pain, just lays around a lot. Could she get any type of infection or could she stay like this? The poult is eating and digesting, and chirping.

Any help???
