Lethargic/ non active chick..help please

I just hatched out some Quail and out of the 11 that hatched yesterday, I woke up to one this morning just laying there and not moving much. Every so often it will kinda shake and make a noise thats not chirping..kinda like he is getting pecked but he's not. It does have a hard time holding its head up but its just laying there and breathing. It's brothers and sisters would lay beside it and not let other trample it before i sepreated them, Is there anything I can do? I honestly wouldn't mind culling it but, the woman of the house refuses to let it be culled. Any adivce?

Give it electrolyte/vitamin water (SaveAChick,) and dip it's beak as often as you can all day. Keep it warm. Check to see that it's vent is not pasted. That is all I know about quail, but you can post on the quail forum here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/threads/add/forumId/48
