If I kept a rabbit in the house, she wouldn't get lice would she?

I have never seen a louse on a rabbit but that doesn't mean it is impossible for them to have them. That said, lice are species specific. Meaning that a goat louse or a rabbit louse or a rat louse can live only on goats, rabbits, or rats and cannot exist on people. One bite on a foreign host and they are dead. If people have lice, and occasionally they do, they got them from another person.Just wondering, do rabbits or bunnies carry lice? I've heard a lot of people say not to get them because they pass lice on to you. Is this true?
