Hey Everyone!
Yesterday all my chickens were free ranging and everyone seemed to be doing great. Then all of a sudden I notice Sienna (my large BO hen) went to get up from her dusting area and her left leg was not functioning. She was hopping and flapping to move herself towards me.
She is a little over a year old.
Extremely healthy, good layer
Eating Layer feed
Was vaccinated for Mareks as a chick
She is our large SLW roo's favorite girl. She has a bare back to show it
I don't know what to do for her. Can't possibly afford a vet visit.
Any suggestions??? I would hate to see her go.
