Little chick with infected eye, what to do?

Hello, I have got a chick from a couple days old. It's eye looks infected. It's only his right eye, his left eye is normal. Could someone help me with what to do? (The eye is wet on the photo because we tried to clean it)

Oh dear, poor little nugget. I'm thinking warm, damp compress with a cloth--to get away that purulent type discharge. Little saline eye rinse. Not sure that eye is going to be saved. Any avian or Vets that are comfortable with chickens in your area? You may need an eye specific topical antibiotic. Good luck!
