My kids and I built this. It's not perfect but we are proud of ourselves. It will hold our silkies until we build the big coop outta pallets. Then it will be a grow out pin.

I found one for $15, bought some Krylon spray paint and used stuff I had...still in the works but will have a nest box out the front window and a coop door out the back.

I know this post is older but I'm wondering if this design was predator proof? I'm planning to do this as a quarantine area for some new birds.

Knock wood havent had a predator breech it...did have a 5 mo bcm cockerel yanked out of the run I was using that was 2 x 4 welded wire but no harm using it as a coop
