These baby hens are nearly 2 months old now. In about a week they'll move to the outdoor coop I'm going to build. I've learned nearly everything I think I need to know about building a coop from scouring this website for the past couple of weeks, taking notes, studying all the trial and error reports and replies. I'm grateful to have found this site and I look forward to contributing pictures and stories that may be helpful in the future. My wife and I have 2 small daughters and a cat, all learning as we go.
