Lost hen to unknown predator

Found a disarticulated bantam hen this morning. Several possible predators: St. Bernard(not ours) hiding near pen, a Buzzard near carcass, and our own cats. I found lots of feathers and what seems all the bones of skeleton with all flesh gone. Don't know what kind of predator will not eat the bones. Anybody have a clue. This hen was about a week from eggs laying. I want to get to the bottom of this!
 
I dont know if the predator actually ate nothing but the bones. I imagine that the buzzard probably ate the left overs. But there are predators that onnly eat certain parts of the body.
