Lows in 60's high in 90's- when outside?

I have some almost 4 week old chicks (2). They aren't fully feathered but lows are in 60's at nights and it's been HOT in day.

When can they go and live outside overnight? I've been bringing them in garage brooder at night

They can live in the elements when they are fully feathered. Do you have a coop for them? If not I would advise one, otherwise you are just feeding predators.
