my mallard has just died by breaking his neck somehow just when he was starting to get his colourful feathers

he wasnt the friendliest as i rescued him and he migh hve tried to fly

I'm sorry but I don't remember did you ever get him any friends? if so I hope they help you through the sadness. You put a lot of time and care into the lil Mallard he wouldn't have had a life at all without you.

yeah he had one little aylesbury duckling as a buddy but now the aylesbury duckling is big as the chickens
they grow up so fast
