Some of my Muscovys, mallards, rouens

Do your wood ducks do well with the ducks, as long as their wings are clipped?

There is only one wood duck and he's not mine he's just staying for a bit until i can get him back to his person, but most of my mallards wings arent actually clipped, the ones i raised are but the ones hatched from the parents arent.

But yes the wood duck does great with the mallards and can hold his own aginst the males as they fight for mates.

hmm, I have never thought of keeping them that way, only ever heard of keeping them in an aviary

Well the owner just gave me permision to clips his wings so he wont fly from the farm. but yeah he is doing well free ranging

I am not against clipping, so that is sorta nice to know....Any problems with him other than some fighting?

No not really he just seems to not like other wood ducks though, he chased off and fought to wild wood ducks that flew in today
