Hi everyone well I THINK the eggs have started hatching but I don't see any babies this is what I FOUND tonight the egg looks empty is it a dud or is she eating them any clues

It takes about 35 days to incubate so if it's been that long then you may have a duckling in there

The duckling is most likely keeping warm under her body or wings.

Mama will get rid of the shell either by eating them or pushing them out of the nest. I bet there is a duckling under her. Congrats!! any preparations for keeping the family safe from preds?
