At first glance I would say Clinton because he always seems to come out on top.
Teddy Roosevelt hands down he was a boxer, outdoorsmans and was probably in good shape most of his life.
Lincoln was a boxer also and because of his medical condition (the same one John Kerry has...Marfane's Syndrome?) he has a good reach and was a good shot and knew how to handle hand tools... wittled a lot.
The third choice is a tough one but I would say George Washington.
