This is my first time posting here so I hope it will reach someone who can help.
I came home from work to find my four month hold w a massive wound on the back of her neck. I can see her neck muscles & bones & it’s quite gruesome to me. To my surprise, she doesn’t even look like she cares. She’s eating, drinking, pooping, and moving as if nothing happened. She has slowed down a bit though throughout the evening. I’m including a video i took. Please help me heal this girl up. She’s my favorite in my flock and I do not want to see her suffer. She is a wonderful bird but i’m lost as to what to do and it’s in such an awkward and deep spot. I don’t want to do more harm than good. Any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated.

Welcome!
Unfortunately you are not able to upload a video directly here.
You'll have to upload it to YouTube first and then link it.

It's a little bit hard to tell what's going on in your pictures but it does not look bad.
You could put a little bit of Neosporin on it and it should heal just fine on its own.

Flush with Chlorhexidine, Betadine, or plain soapy water. Pat dry. Apply a plain ointment.
Keep a layer ointment on it at all times. Key to healing is keeping it moist. Make sure nobody pecks at it. You may have to isolate the patient until they are healed enough to not be pecked at.

I prefer to rinse wounds out with Betadine solution, then apply a triple antibiotic ointment, like Neosporin (WITHOUT PAIN RELIEF). Apply the triple antibiotic a bit thick, and a few times a day. Yes, keep the patient isolated, if the others pick at it.
