Ok idk if this is the right section to post this but..... we have chicks from tsc they are a week now we are getting new chicks in the mail well by time we get them in the mail our tsc chicks will be 3/4 ×weeks is it ok to mix them together... our tsc chicks are 6 starlight green and 4 black jersey giants. Our mail order is 4 gold seabright 4 silver seabright 4 top hat 3 juiblee Orpington and then 15 silkie

3-4 week olds plus you're adding 2-3 day old chicks? They should be separated at least the first week or so, as the younger chicks can easily be pushed aside or crushed by the older ones.

With such a big group of younger chicks coming (and some being Silkies) you should consider a second brooder anyhow, again to reduce risk of crushing. 30 chicks are going to need substantial brooding space, and that's without taking into account the older chicks you currently have.

I would keep them apart for a while, or have an enormous brooder.
