Modern Bantams anyone?

Do I have a pair? I keep leaning towards boy on the self blue and girl for the black. My little black one loves to strut up nice and tall. Having a harder time with the blue.

Maybe this will help. In this picture, these are both rooster chicks. They are about 2 weeks apart in age. The one in the back looks to be about your chick's age. So, you should be able to tell for sure in a couple weeks.

I am so happy right now I have been up since 5am and can't wait cause today I am getting my first modern. He is a birchen cockerel and is taking a long trip to get to me. I will be getting some birchen pullets in the summer and for now he will be my man. I will be posting pics tonight as he is from top show lines here in Canada.

Can the Moderns fly like uhm.... Let's say a Sebright or a little OEGB???
Asking cos i'm getting rid of all my standards and just keeping Bantam's.... But I want ones that can fly well enough to fly from danger. Iv'e seen my sebrights and OEGB fly away from my cat. Wondering if them long legs on the Moderns impede(sp?) on there flying ability.
Thanks.
Cole.
