Has anyone tried modifying the regular size egg holders of a Little Giant incubator to hold quail eggs.
I thought maybe putting some tissue paper or paper towels in the egg holders and making a little "nest" for the quail eggs might possibly work. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I hate to spend extra money for something that may be a simple thing to figure out. lol. Maybe the stuff that you put under rugs or the non-skid shelf liners would work!

Hi, I have Button Quail eggs in the chicken egg size turner cups right now

My last 3 Button hatches were failures due to forgetting to turn them regularly

I was worried they'd fall out as the turner turned, but they are staying in.
Cutting strips of shelf-liner and using them as stabilizers would work. Anything to keep them from 'flopping' around.
Good luck,
Lisa

Thank you for the advice, a friend is giving me a bunch of eggs, so I guess I might as well try something. hope all goes well.
