So when I was little we went to this one sale barn where the goats were going really cheap and bought a little pygmy that we planned to sale the following week at our local sale barn (different sale barn where the goats were going for higher prices) well we didn't get him to the sale barn that week or the next so my sister tamed him a bit (though he was pretty much tame) and taught him to walk on a leash. Well we took him to the sale and my sister walked him in on a leash well my dad knows one of the guys who works there and he thought it was funny but he passed the word that my sister walked the goat in on a leash. The week we took him to the sale was a bad week for goats, they were too many so they were going for low prices, there was a great big nubian beside our buck who went for about 15 dollars so we didn't have much hope of him going for any more than that but he did! These two old ladies outbid everyone else and then battled for him!

He ended up going for 70 dollars!

my dad only payed about 10 for him
