Muscovy duck egg externally pipped for 27 hours?

Hi! I have a broody duck’s egg that has externally pipped! I’m getting concerned about it because it has been 27 hours and it hasn’t started zipping yet. It is making chirping noises, and I can see a little beak inside the hole. I attached a pic below of what the egg looks like. Is it normal for it to not hatch yet after 24 hours? Thanks!

My Muscovy's usually take a while to hatch so it still has hope if nothing changes for a while you could gently peel some egg shell off around the hole
