Anyone have an idea what this guy could be a cross of? I've got him running with my Delaware right now, for protection mainly. The Delaware roo I hatched out lost the battle with a fox while trying to protect his harem.

I'm bad at guessing, but it sure looked like part Delaware. The barring is coming out more - similar to a barred rock. My friend got him from a friend, and I just kind of liked his uniqueness.

I agree with the others. Looks like a hatchery delaware or mix delaware.

Could also be columbian Rock or columbian Rock cross.

LOL, you made my day, cause I got a good laugh out of hat - so much my eyes teared up. I've only had him for a few days, so he's not allowed to free range yet. Oh, and maybe he's golden.
