Hi there! I adopted 3 hens from someone who didn't want them anymore: a black cochin, a brahma, and a bantam buttercup

I also have 6 silkie chicks that are only a couple weeks old. They're still inside.

Jem, it appears you may have Easter Eggers? If so I am going Saturday to pick up 6 or eight. First what am I looking for in the Easter Eggers that would know I am getting a good Easter Egger chicken? How many roosters would you get? Thanks
