Hey all, I am pretty new to raising chickens, but thought I would share something I found interested with you all.
I have 11 australorp chicks 4 weeks old; 6 blue and 5 black. I notice they blues are very friendly, them and the buff orps are always the first to greet me and will come try to sit on my hand. the black australorps always run to the far side of the brooder and would prefer me not to mess with them.
I was assuming they would be similar in disposition just different colors, but that doesnt seem to be the case.
has anyone else noticed anything similar?
