My fist flock (advice?)

I'm very soon going to be incubating my first flock. I will be keeping some and giving the rest back to the person who gave me the eggs.
I will be incubating: Dorkings, leghorns and light Sussexs.
I was wondering what chickens would be best for a beginner...
Also when my incubator arrives I will be doing daily up dates
