Wow! My dog has stopped his fair share of raccoon attacks but I always assumed that birds of prey were still threats. There should be some sort of medal or at least a club for heroic, chicken-rescuing dogs!
Maybe someone should start a thread about amazing rescues that could give training/socializing tips to all those people who keep asking what kind of dog they should get to protect their flock. I just think it would be cool to see all the amazing stories in one place.
