Females can crow it’s rare but they can.If you don't mind me asking, has it done any crowing? My 5 year old hen has started to crow once in a while and she still lays eggs
Yes , thank you, I am aware of that since mine crows . I was asking if this chicken of discussion crows.Females can crow it’s rare but they can.
In the first picture, it looks like her beak is covered in dust, which is why you can’t see the yellow color.I have had chickens that were so similar in appearance that it was hard to identify unless there was a difference somewhere so I noticed they had different beaks. They had the same beak throughout their lifetime. So I am in tuned to little details like that. I have two new ones that are the same way. An ivory tip on one and solid black on another. It's just used for comparison and nothing more.
Combs dont stay the same shape forever.Hard to believe it's the same chicken. The comb looks different and the beak is a different color. Is this a joke?
Ghoulie has crowed in the past but hasn’t as much the past few months actually. I don’t know if it’s related to this seemingly hormonal change or the season! I’ve also been home a lot more so my birds get to happily free range rather than squak about being cooped up in the run!If you don't mind me asking, has it done any crowing?
