My Hen is walking weird, is she dying, Help!!!

My hen who is about 3 years old is walking with her wings hanging down by her side and her but dragging almost on the floor, she kind of looks like she is panting, but her appetite is fine she runs to get her treats but it seems to take a lot out of her, can anyone help me as to what might be the problem

Has she been wormed recently? Checked for mites and other external critters? If it is none of these and you can see no other obvious symptoms, you can always try a broad spectrum antibiotic. She could have some infection going to that is wearing her down.
