My mystery bantams are starting to grow muffs!

Is this little guy an EE of some sort? I know it's not an ameracauna 1) because I got it at TSC and 2) it has yellowish shanks/feet.. so I'm guessing some sort of EE cross. Any guesses? I have 2 of these little chipmunked cuties

Are they standard or bantams? Looks like either an Old English (bantam) or a Leghorn (standard) to me.
