My trick is not to put poop on those rugs.
(they are cheap synthetic rugs by the way, easy to clean and dust when needed, actually easier than bare floor, since you can roll them and shake outside)

Yes. They have their own door (to the run) at the side. You can see it behind the water fountain at the left. Chickens do not have access to the maintenance area.

Love the coop. I like to keep mine looking nice, too. Mine isn't as girly as yours, but I have a rug in front, antique glass chickens inside, some vintage chicken pictures, & I'm getting ready to put in curtains in the nesting boxes. I'm retired, so I have the time to putter in my coop. It's relaxing. Your coop is just lovely.
