My Precious hen is sick what do I do? Lethargic, a little off balance, and with yellow runny poops

I just woke up and I went to release the chickens however I notice this little one looking sick. She wasn’t like this yesterday. Her poops are runny and yellow like this and she has just made a few. She is very sleepy but only standing up. On top of this when I grab her and place her somewhere else she has to rebalance herself.

Please what I can I do

She’s about a year. She eats layer feed sometimes mixed with veggies and tortillas. She has a little something in her crop that’s firm. I don’t feel anything eggy near here.

When was her last egg?

I'd get some Calcium Citrate with D3 into her asap. Just pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Work on hydration. Once she's drinking, then offer her some wet mushy feed.

You need to feel her crop first thing in the morning before she has a chance to eat or drink anything, and report how it feels.
