Found you a starting point. Your hatchery is more than likely Ideal poultry. Check their breeds to see what might fit. It isn't a partridge Plymouth Rock.

I believe this one came from an Atwoods in Oklahoma!

It is a farm store that generally uses several hatcheries. I am unsure which this one came from and they never state what breed they have! All i know is this has to be a pure blood for them to have it.
