Not as successful, but works, I also didn't tighten it enough

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you have a rooster. Here is what I see, A large red comb. I also seen Wattles underneath his beak that are red as well. I chick this young showing red already is not a good sign. Females only turn red right before they're ready to lay around four or five months not one. Sorry.
My earlier post will show you my example of a naked neck and he turned out to be a rooster. Not nearly as much ready as you have but he got it

Oh darn! He is a character! I don't see nothing underneath up close and personal just smooth light pale skin. But cheeks are red so in pic looks like under chin I think! He's sure got thick claws already too!
