He does it all the time, it is so funny. Children have phases w/ imaginary friends, guess he has imaginary feathers.

Please take this as strictly informational...not a criticism. While Rudy certainly did 'moon' us, the other term is more correctly stated a 'Buck Naked' as opposed to the common mistake of 'butt-naked'.

The term came into vogue in reference to Native Americans "running around buck-naked'. The men were commonly called 'bucks' in derisive tone.
