neck limpness

My chick' s neck is completely limp. She's peeping,eating, and attempting to drink. I have no clue what do do. She can't stand up right either... any idea of what's going on?

Is wry neck deadly? My dad refuses to buy anything to help her so I'm forced to earn money. And I don't know how long it will take to get the money. How long can they go without proper treatment?

I haven't given these dosages myself but thought it might be helpful to you.

If you don't have any vitamins in the house I'd try feeding him scrambled eggs and fresh grass clippings about 1 inch long - those will be packed with vitamins.

Ok. And my chick is starting to sand up! She can walk around for about 5min and then her neck goes limp and she falls... Is that an improvement?
