I’m so sorry to hear about all your going through. I’ve been through prolapse and had to continuously put it back in for about a week. But what I see in the picture looks like more than just prolapse. And with other conditions along with it you are correct it probably is the best thing you can do for her. It’s tough even when you know it’s for the best.

I was reading a post a few weeks ago where someone had to cull their young chicken. They’ve used a rag and ether which slowly put her to sleep. I’m not necessarily suggesting this since I don’t know anything further about it except for that post but it could be something to look into. Even if you can’t do it yourself it’s a quieter operation. I’m with you though I don’t know if I could do it to my own chicken. I would probably Have to have someone do it for me
