What antibiotic are you giving him? You could keep giving it for some time since you started it, but his main problem will be the pain and keeping him hydrated the next several day’s. Aspirin might help his pain.

I will be keeping close check on him and if I have to force water I will but
I’ll be gentle with him and I’ll get him some aspirin tomorrow

Tylan is okay to use. I would hold water under his beak to let him drink on his own. Dip it if you need to. Electrolytes or sugar water would be good.

It can take weeks for the results of frostbite to show up. Sometimes the frozen part will become smaller or rounded off. There is nothing that can be done about that, but they usually get well and live a normal life.

It's a valid question. Yes often the damaged (dead) tissue will fall off. In some cases they recover with no lost tissue.

My own rooster is frost bitten this year. While mine is not swollen like your poor guy mine will lose the points (and probably more) on his comb and his wattles will likely lose about 1/4" in length.
