new chick with bum foot

I have a chick that's about 2 days old. One of his feet seems to be lame, for lack of a better word. its not deformed, but isnt working right either. the foot rolls to the side so he stands on the side of his foot, so he has pretty bad balance.
Any ideas if there a way to fix this? physical therapy? a splint?

P.S. the newspaper is just for tonight. my son brought the chicks home from school and he and his father made a make shift cage and I didnt get home til late.
