Looks like a hen to me.

Ok so a little update....3 out of 4 of them were for sure Roos....lol I'm hoping for the 4th to be a girl so I kept her. What do u guys think? She looks WAY different then the others did. Approx 6 months old maybe just a little less.

No, I'm sorry. It's still a rooster. He's a late bloomer.

The overall shape and stance say rooster. Hens are more rounded and softer looking, this guy is upright. Looks like he's getting hackle feathers, that's a rooster sign. The darker shading on the wings is a male trait, plus those thick legs. I agree he's quite a late bloomer, that's not unheard of with orpingtons, but he's definitely a he.
