New chickens to breed

I don’t show my chickens, so I don’t care if they’re mixed. What would give me some cool colors?

Cockerels: black mottled, EE, silver leghorn.

Roosters: brown leghorn

Pullets: black mottled, EE, brown leghorn x2, splash orpington.

Hens: brown leghorn x2, jersey giant mix, silver leghorn, silver laced wyandotte.

EE is not a color, so I don’t know what to say about that.
Well, cool is in the eye of the beholder.
Using the black mottled males with the splash Orpingtons would give you blue birds, if that’s what you like.
And breed the brown and silver Leghorns with your Leghorns to get brown, golden, and silver Leghorns.

I like lots of patterns like a mottled orpington would be cool - but I know that’s not how it works. Is there any breed that would keep some mottled feathers?
