Hi everyone,

Anyone from New Jersey or the surrounding area know places in NJ, PA, or NY where you can buy chicks.

I am looking for everything from Feed Stores that stock chicks to Private specialty breeders in this area.
Also NJ feed stores in general (even if they don't stocks chicks) to buy food for future chickens.

Tractor Supply sells many varieties of chicks each spring and autumn. Try posting on the New Jersey state thread. If you are interested in show quality birds attend the Sussex Co. poultry show in April. All county fairs have started pullets raised by 4 H members for sale in the fall. Last year there were very nice production 4 H birds for sale at the Sussex Co. state fair.

Moyers Chickens over in Quakertown, Pa sells chicks and started pullets.

I have some RARE & BEAUTIFUL chicks available soon!

I am located in Union County, NJ and have been keeping chickens since 1999. I just started incubating a batch of eggs purchased online and will have lots available assuming I get a good hatch. I plan on vaccinating them for Marek’s disease as well. Message me for more details!
