I'm a tiny home dweller and vegetarian homesteader in Illinois. Homeschooling mom of three, with a flock of about 50 chickens & ducks, a pack of 4 dogs, & some cats. I love libraries, journaling, and,of course, my "zoo". Happy to say hello to all!

I've been keeping chickens for about 4 years now, but started on ducks 2 years ago with 5 muscovies, and added some Pekins and Swedish Blue last year. What do you keep?

I keep mainly polish chickens (11) along with 1 Amber hybrid hen and 1 Amber x polish frizzle hen.
I'm not a duck person, I'm afraid they are too messy for me but I'm sure you would enjoy our duck section for all the chat about them ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/42/ducks
