New Roo Roo being bullied by Boss Hen...Help!

I am just so worried because I can't really find the boss hen, when one pecks him, all start to follow, I just want to open up the whole coop and hope they get along without finding him injured one day because its almost like they are towering over him.

All I can think of is that they probably just need more time to adjust. It takes a lot of patience, especially with roosters.

The person I brought home from limed their ground every 2 weeks and well kept their chickens so I am assuming he is alright, no signs of any sickness so far

That's not going to stop anything like respiratory diseases or mereks, unfortunately.

I let him in with them for about 30 minutes today, only two hens picked on him, so he just sat in the corner, they probably think he is a hen because of how small he is
