New Roo

We just got this roo yesterday and right now we have him in a crate on our porch, when can we let him out with the girls(3 hens). Also, if we want eggs to hatch but we still want to collect, how do we handle this once the roo and the chicks are getting along

How old are your hens? If there not fluffy little chicks I would introduce them. And hens go hatch there eggs if they want to they don't always sit on them.
