New to hatching & questions

My eggs are almost at their due date and I have a few questions. I asked on a few reddit pages, I got no response so I'll just ask here.

1. What is an egg supposed to look like 3 days before hatching? I have a few fully black eggs, some half black, and some a quarter way black with a small eyeball. A picture would be nice.

2. I put some eggs in at different times, but only a 1-3 day difference. Im supposed to take the turner out. Will that effect the eggs that are not ready to hatch yet?

3. Should I turn my humidity off? Or how high / low should it be when they are hatched

1. Usually fully black but they are at different stages so should be OK

2. Should be fine, so stop rotating

3. Humidity 65-70%
