I'd leave them alone until the hen brings that chick off of the nest to find it food and water. Since you don't have an incubator that hatch is then over and you should clean out the nest.

Morning thanks for all your advice yes mama and chick left the nest yesterday and then mama began pecking the other eggs so I removed them cleaned area and put mama and chick in nursery section of chook pen
mama is really rough with chick she pecks and kicks it a lot poor little chick
