Just wanted to share that I have 6 turkey babies runnin around the coop! They were hatched out by my Standard Bronze hen, Spring. I have never hatched babies so this is all new to me, I have ordered through the mail in the past. Since I am keeping them with their Mom it is a little different...I kicked Tom, the tom, out into the pen and Spring and the babies have the coop to themselves but goodness, those little things are finding every little tiny escape route I never knew existed! When that happens Spring starts raising a rucus and the baby cries and I have to find it, send it back to Mom and figure out how it got where it wasn't supposed to be! LOL is definitely an adventure here this weekend!
