NEWCASTLE DISEASE PHILIPPINES

I had Newcastle Disease about 2 months ago which took all my chickens 64 and I was able to save just one all in the span of 7 days.Can anyone tell me how long it takes before I can once again house new birds in the pens ? I have cleaned with bleach on most everything in chicken house. Even bleached the dirt floors. I will pressure wash and disenfect one more time. The new birds should be vaccinated. ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED. THANKS
