Non laying prolapsed hen

I have a hen that doesn’t lay anymore, I noticed today her vent seems to be sticking out. What causes this is a non laying hen?
Do I treat her the same as a laying hen?

When was her last egg? How old is she and what is her breed?
Could be several things causing the prolapse. A picture would help.
Keep the tissue moist with a cream, honey, or anything you have.
It would be good to get some calcium citrate +D3 and give her some in case she's having trouble passing something.
